Before they met, Jess and Christian had both moved to the Gold Coast in search of a new chapter. In another twist of fate, they also went to the same gym, lived in the same street and had mutual friends before their paths even crossed.
It wasn’t until Christian noticed Jess at their local church that their paths finally crossed, and knew she was someone special. After pursuing her on instagram and being invited to the same dinner party as each other, it didn’t take long for these two to fall in love and become inseparable.
They had plans to elope in Santorini, but with the recent travel bans in full swing, their plans changed. So, they decided to have a small intimate ceremony at the European inspired estate, Villa Rustica. The mediterranean influences and lush overgrown gardens made for an effortlessly romantic atmosphere with stunning architecture and inspiring art at every turn.
Jess and Christian are both so wildly in love and we absolutely adore the fact that they opted for an elopement style ceremony. Who needs to wait around for a big wedding in order to get hitched, right?
